Ingredients:

> Garlic

> 600 grams of rice

> Parsley

> ½ chicken

> Oil (a glass, ¼ litre)

> 2 Artichoke

> ½ lemon

> 2 red peppers

> Saffron

> 2 tomatoes

> Rosemary and thyme

> Bushed pepper

> Salt

Elaboration:

> First, fry the chicken with oil. When it is fried boil with 8 glasses of water.

> Then, sauté the artichokes, the pepper and separate it. Also sauté the tomatoes and the garlic in an other pan.

> After that, put the rice and stir it with the tomato and the garlic.

> Then, the chicken must be already boiled after a half an hour and put in the rice, tomato and garlic. Add the artichoke, the pepper, the lemon juice, a little bit of bushed  pepper, parsley, thyme, rosemary, the saffron and salt.

> Finally, there are all in the pan. First, put it at strong fire, at the cooking reduce the fire. At 20 minutes (5 of rest) you can eat it !!!!
