POTATOES OMELETTE
Ingredients:
2 eggs of hen
150 g of potato
Olive Oil, salt

Elaboration:
To start, peel, you wash and cut the potato in thick sheets; then heat the olive oil in a frying pan and, when it is very hot, fry the cut potatoes, leaving that they enrosseixin a little. In a bowl, beat both eggs, add salt and put the potatoes fried well wrung out.
Heat the frying pan in living fire. Pour the eggs with the potatoes and lower the fire at a minimum until you see that the egg has almost curdled; then turn the omelet with the help of a dish bigger than the frying pan. You rise again the fire, you make to glide in the frying pan the contents of the dish and leave that is cooked for the other band.
